International Influencer Relations

To increase brand LIYA’s visibility in Europe and support its international retail presence, I developed a strategic influencer collaboration approach—entirely relationship-based. The process involved:

* Influencer Research & Outreach – I identified content creators who aligned with LIYA’s aesthetic and reached out directly or through their agencies and managers to initiate partnerships.

* Negotiation & Relationship Building – With no paid collaborations, I focused on establishing strong connections with influencers and their teams, ensuring authentic and mutually beneficial partnerships.

* Sample Coordination & Logistics – I managed the entire process of sample selection, shipping, and tracking, ensuring a seamless experience for influencers.

This approach secured valuable collaborations on a limited resources, strengthening LIYA’s brand awareness in key markets and leading to impactful placements among influential fashion voices.
